Your money and your account are protected by layered controls — most of which you own and control yourself. Here’s exactly what keeps you safe.
How we protect your withdrawals
Withdrawal PIN
A private 6-digit PIN is required to confirm every withdrawal. It’s stored only as an irreversible hash — never in plain text — and locks after repeated wrong attempts.
Address lock
Your payout wallet is locked to the first verified address. Changing it needs identity verification and a support review, so an attacker can’t silently redirect your money.
Identity verification (KYC)
ID + selfie verification protects real accounts against fraud and account takeover, and is required to change your PIN or locked wallet.
Full transaction history
Every deposit, withdrawal, bonus and gift-code credit appears in your in-app Transactions with its own reference number.
How we protect your account
- Two-factor authentication (2FA). Turn on an authenticator app in Settings so a password alone can’t get in.
- Verified email with one-time codes. Registration and sensitive changes are confirmed with a one-time code sent from our own verified mail domain (
[email protected]) — not a third party — which also blocks fake or mistyped emails. - One account per person. Duplicate and multi-account activity is detected and actioned, protecting honest players and prize pools.
- Encrypted connections. All traffic is served over HTTPS/TLS; passwords and PINs are stored only as salted hashes.
How deposits & payouts work
Deposits are made in crypto (USDT on TRC20 / BEP20 / ERC20, plus BTC and Solana). On supported networks funds credit automatically once confirmed on-chain; on others you submit a transaction ID and we credit you after a quick review. Withdrawals are sent back to your locked wallet after your PIN and a one-time (1×) wagering requirement are cleared. See the FAQ for step-by-step guides.
Anti-money-laundering (AML)
We operate risk-based AML and fraud controls: we may request identity or source-of-funds verification, apply a one-time wagering requirement before withdrawal to prevent instant deposit-and-cash-out laundering, and monitor for suspicious activity. Full details are in our Terms and Privacy Policy.
