Play safe — the basics
- Play for entertainment, not to make money. Treat any losses as the cost of the fun, like a movie ticket.
- Never chase losses. Trying to win back what you lost is the fastest way to lose more.
- Set your own limits for time and money — and stick to them.
- Only stake what you can comfortably afford to lose. Never gamble with money meant for rent, bills, or family.
- Never borrow to gamble, and don’t let it interfere with work, sleep or relationships.
- Take regular breaks. Step away often; don’t play when stressed, upset, or under the influence.

Take a break or self-exclude

We’ll apply it to your account and confirm by email. Self-exclusion is a serious step designed to protect you — while it’s active you will not be able to deposit or play.

Protecting minors
Keep your login and devices away from anyone underage. If children use your devices, we recommend parental-control tools such as device-level screen-time restrictions and content filters, and BetBlocker (above). Never let a minor access a gambling account.
